Message From The Officers
Game Cancellations/Rescheduling
- The 2012 CAPLAX season schedule is now final.
- CANCELATIONS/SUSPENSIONS: We sincerely hope that there are no cancelations/suspensions (without rescheduling) as you will be affecting players on the opposing team that have paid their registration fees with the expectation that they will play 6 season games.
- RESCHEDULING: You are allotted 2 game rescheduling during the season before you will be charged a $50 change fee. If you reschedule a game less than 72 hours prior to game time, you will be charged for the game and will be required to play both officials fees for that game. (This is written in the contract between CAPLAX and CTWLOO). If you do need to make a scheduling change you must contact the opposing team to find both a rescheduled date/time and a field to play on. Once this is completed you must inform CAPLAX (Charles and Char) and Coach Jo at CTWLOO to make the change to ensure that officials can officiate the game.
