Coaching Center
An idea arose last year for a collective resource to exist where players and parents can go to help their daughters advance physically and prepare for the lacrosse season…
As a result, we now have a new Coaching Center.
- This Section provides resources for a healthy female athlete in the form of:
- US Lacrosse Information – Information from the US lacrosse website for proper conditioning on and off the field.
- Videos – Informative and instructional videos in regards to all sports and healthy athleticism. Could include approved footage from CAPLAX season matches.
- Tips and Drills – Tips and Drills pertaining to improving lacrosse skills on and off the field.
- Fitness – General Fitness knowledge and tips ranging from nutrition, to proper rest and recovery after physical activities.
Research and resources are currently being pulled together in order to make this area on our website an informative resource for our players and their parents.
