Board Meeting January 17th

Board Members,

There will be a meeting on Tuesday January the 17th, 2011 at 6:30 PM at Saint Stephens in Gun Hall Classroom G. (The event has been added to the Caplax Calendar, if you are a subscriber of the calendar, the meeting will appear on your events already.)

The proposed agenda for our January 17th Meeting

1. Update on Game Administrator Training – (Duane Lardon)
2. Discussion of USL Membership
   1. Discussion and vote to be if the league will mandate being a US Lacrosse Member for:
      1. Coaches
      2. Players
      3. Participating Parent Volunteers
3. Discussion of CPR Certification
   1. Discussion and vote to be if the league will mandate being CPR certified for:
      1. Coaches
      2. Participating Parent Volunteers
4. Elementary Age League
   1. Review/Assign Elementary Coordinator (Should be someone running/coaching an Elementary School team)
   2. Elementary League Rules and Season Format (Charles)
5. Team Roster Reporting
   1. All rosters due by Jan 25th (Jersey numbers not required at this time)
   2. Review Roster template (Charles)
6. Team and Field Availability
   1. Team Availability and Field availability for Friday nights, Sat and Sunday for each of the scheduled game weekends are due by Jan 25th
   2. Review Availability Template – (Charlotte)
7. CAPLAX Website Dues Update (Lilia)
8. Reporting of Scores (Lilia)
9. Update on Play date (Charlotte)
10. Rule Interpretation Training (Charlotte)
