We need the following information from you no later than Wednesday, January 30:
- Number of teams in each division
Elementary Division – Kindergarten – 4th grade (officials are not scheduled for this division, but we do need to schedule the games)
Middle School Red Division – primarily 7th – 8th grade
Middle School Blue Division – primarily 5th – 6th grade
Middle School Purple Division – mix of 6th – 8th grade (this is for teams that only have one team and have a fairly even distribution across ages)
Any conflicts you already know that will prevent you from playing the following dates:
March 23 & 24, April 6 & 7, 13 & 14, 20 & 21, 27 & 28
We have had a request to possibly schedule games on Friday – that most likely will NOT happen

Our preseason CAPLAX meeting was rescheduled for:
February 26 at 6:30pm
This was to expand our new player recruitment season.
For the February Meeting:
It is imperative that you attend this meeting or send a representative in your place as this is the ONLY time the scheduling games will take place.We will have a large spreadsheet and will all stay until it is filled in with games. We have 5 weekends, 10 days to schedule 6 games per team. Please know your field availability when you come to the meeting.
We hope the end of February brings enough players for all your teams! The girls are excited and will be ready to start competition!
